You pay a flat monthly fee and get an allowance of vehicles, photos and composites. No credit packs, no per-image pricing, no charge for retrying a shot you were not happy with. We have not published a return-on-investment claim because we have no customers yet to measure one from.
The numbers below are arithmetic on the Pro plan's own allowances, not a claim about your business. Whether that pays for itself is your call, on your margins — we are not going to invent a saving for you.
Photographs and composites are counted separately because they cost us different things: storing a picture is cheap, running it through the pipeline is not. In practice most dealers composite a subset of what they shoot — the eight exteriors, and the interior and detail shots straight as captured — which stretches a plan considerably further than the figure above.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing period. It is self-serve in your billing settings.
One photograph placed into one room. Reprocessing the same photo into a different look counts again, because the pipeline runs again. Capturing and storing photos counts against your photo allowance, not your composite allowance.
You are told in the dashboard before you get there, and processing pauses rather than billing you for overage. Upgrading resumes it immediately.
Fourteen days on Starter and Pro. Enterprise accounts are set up by us, so they are arranged on a call instead.
Yes, and it is built by us rather than configured by you — there is no room designer in the app. You tell us the showroom you want your stock standing in, we author and render it, and it is issued to your account instead of being added to the shared library, so no other dealer can select it. It is included on Enterprise. On Starter or Pro it is a conversation rather than a switch: founder dealers can raise it on their monthly call, and anyone else can ask us.
Download them, with your logo burned in, at any time. Your stock also exports as a CSV, and there is an embeddable widget that serves your listings straight from your own website.
Cancel from your billing settings. Deletion requests are handled through our GDPR flow, which produces a machine-readable export of your data before erasing it.
They are what the product charges today, and we are early enough that they may change. The founder programme exists partly so that the first fifty dealers are insulated from that.
